Use 1/16" tubing in standard Swagelok® 1/8" fitting

ModuVision has developed a new approach to use 1/16" tubing in 1/8" Swagelok fittings. By replacing the standard Swagelok ferrule by our custom reducing ferrule the use of thinner 1/16" tubing that can be bent more easily has become possible.

The Swagelok® front ferrule is replaced by our reducing ferrule (purple in this diagram). After tightening the fitting forms a metal-to-metal seal that is 100% leak-tight.
